Job Details:
- 24 hr call. (includes 8 hr gratis)
- Dates needed: Aug 15 – Aug 21; 7a – 7a, Oct 22 – Oct 31; 7a – 7a, Nov 15 – Nov 26; 7a – 7a
- Setting: Trauma Level/Designation: Level II Trauma Center
- Required Procedures: Arterial Lines/Chronic Vent/Endtrach Intub/Holter/Pleural Biopsy/Central Lines/EKG/Liver Biopsy/Vent Mgmt/Chest Tubes/Thoracentesis
- Patients per shift: 13
- EMR: Epic
- Credentialing timeframe: 60-90 days

Requirements:
- Active unrestricted NE License
- Active ACLS, BLS, & ATLS certifications
- DEA
- Required at submission: Case log from past 24 months (Min 50 procedures)
- Board Certified - BC Pulmonary CC – HIGHLY PREFERRED
- Must be able to provide at least 2 supervisory references.
