Family Physician- Community Center
Schyma MD Staffing is actively recruiting for a Family Physician to join a Community Center Practice Opportunity in Eastern, Nebraska.
This opportunity is perfect for either a seasoned professional or new residency graduate
Position Details:
Job Type: Full-time
Patient population: employees and families of all ages down to 2 years
Hours: Mon 6:30-2:30 and Wed 8:30 to 6:30.
Other days 8-5 and need to work 1 Saturday per month
Clinic Team: one provider and one MA, as well as a Regional Manager and a Lead MA
who both offer support in-person at various times throughout the week.
Compensation & Benefits
- $200,000-$260,000 (based on experience)
- 1 paid week of CME time ($3,000) and $250 for professional dues
- Paid: DEA and state licensing
- 90% paid for health care insurance (medical, dental, vision) for both the employee and family
- Paid $30,000 of life insurance
- Paid STD, LTD plans
- 2 weeks of vacation, 2 weeks of sick time (accrual)
- Hiring bonus and relocation assistance
- No hospital call / Phone service in community and all providers share rotation
- Malpractice insurance
- Signing Bonus, Student Loan Repayment, Income Guarantee and/or Productivity Bonus Eligible: Clinic is eligible for Student Loan repayment program
