RESPONSIBILITIES AND FACILITY DETAILS Dentist (DDS / DMD)

  • General Dentistry - Facility equipped to support some orthodontics, endodontics and extractions.
  • 12 Operatories, 4 Dental Hygienists
  • Monday-Thursday schedule
  • Majority Adult Patients
  • Private practice setting, joining an established General Dentist

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS Dentist (DDS / DMD)

  • DDS or DMD
  • Wisconsin Licensure and BLS certification
  • Confident New Graduates and experienced candidates welcome
