Our client is seeking a Joint Replacement Specialist that can provide General Orthopedic procedures with the ability to perform Trauma care. The desired candidate will have outstanding patient care qualities, and be motivated with an interest to grow their practice. The location is just a 30 minute drive to Sante Fe, NM. This offers low cost of living with a comfortable lifestyle. Enjoy local fiestas and a plethora of outdoor activities in a nature lover's playground!

Practice details include:

  • Hospital Employee, Traditional
  • M-F, no weekends
  • WRVU production incentives
  • CME time and money available
  • EPIC in use for EMR
  • Current daily clinic volume is 15-20 patients per day.
  • 3 Exam rooms per physician
  • Clinical support structure: 1 RN Clinical Manager, 1 RN, 1 LPN, and 2 MAs
  • Salary is over $500,000 and every RVU that is produced over the supported base salary will be paid as a bonus
  • $12,500 for relocation
  • Over $20,000 sign-on bonus
