Neurology Position South of Columbus, OH $325,000+

Location: 2 hours to Cincinnati and 90 minutes to Columbus, Ohio. This is a family-oriented community with a service area of 120,000 with plenty to do! These include great restaurants, low cost of living, shopping, and parks.There are many cultural and recreational amenities: a local orchestra, museum, theaters, water sports, several challenging golf courses, and other outdoor activities.    Opportunity: Looking for a Neurologist to join a busy hospital employed group with two other Neurologists and an NP. Incoming Neurologist must be able to do EMG' and read EEG's. Call is 1-5 per evening and none between 11 p.m. and 8 a.m. Call – Every 3rd weekend and shared call for weekdays (depending on who is seeing patients in the hospital) and Botox done in the office. Other subspecialty are welcomed. Patient census of 20 per day.    Teaching opportunities with 3rd and 4th year medical students; Emergency Medicine, Family Practice, and OB/Gyn teaching and preceptorship experiences. Staff eligible for Clinical Adjunct Faculty status with Ohio University Heritage.   Compensation:  the Salaried position with 2 options to choose from (see below) AND LOAN REPAYMENT of $25,000 per year up to $200,000! Bonus Incentives: Excellent bonus incentives up to 30% of salary. Signing bonus: 15% of base salary, forgiven over 2 years. 4 weeks plus holidays/sick days (29 PTO days). Additional 5 days when producing 75%tile wRVUs CME/Books & Journals: 5 days and up to $5,000.   Option #1: Base salary of $268,000 (for those just completing training) with additional compensation for experience with a guaranteed salary for 2 years. Can be switched to a w RVU production contract when exceeding target. (5% less for those not yet boarded, switched when become boarded)   Option #2: Base salary of $341,000 (75%tile) guaranteed for one year and then switched to production contract. (5% less for those not yet boarded, switched when become boarded)
