Three Rivers Health - Beacon Health System is a 60 bed, rural hospital located 25 miles south of Portage/Kalamazoo in Michigan. We have 24/7 ER, Internal Med, Family Practice, Orthopedics, General Surgery, Wound Care, Inpat and Outpat Rehab, Pediatrics, Sleep Clinic, OBgyn, ENT, Plastics, Podiatry and Hospitalist program. Our Specialty Clinic on campus houses other specialties such a Dermatology, Oncology and Cardiology.

The hospital has two Operating Rooms and one Procedure Room, 24/7 Anesthesiology, fully staffed OR Dept, with scheduled blocked surgery days for surgeons. The General Surgery Clinic is right on the hospital campus and fully staffed.

We have just started a search for a full time General Surgeon to join one other full time General Surgeon at the hospital. Compensation is commensurate with experience and open to negotiation Three Rivers Health - Beacon Health System also offers full benefits for you and your family, CME and CME time off, relocation, vacation, malpractice etc. The Beacon Health & Fitness facility on hospital campus has swimming, weight room, basketball court, exercise equipment, track, aerobics, yoga, personal certified trainers, childcare and nutritional counseling.

The City of Three Rivers as much to offer with over 7 lakes, 4 golf courses either in or near the city, private and public schools, churches of al denomination, hiking, downhill and cross country skiing. Western Michigan University in Kalamazoo is only 25 miles away and Kalamazoo College and Community Colleges nearby. Notre Dame University in Indiana is about a 45 minute drive.
