Hospitalist in Oregon
Roseburg, OR
**Any State License**
- Hospitalist - nights
- VERY low volume (0-3 admissions per night - most cases there aren't any)
- 1-2 physicians needed
- 14 on/off or 1 block of 7 every 4 weeks
- 6 month assignment with option to extend
- 2-3 weeks for credentialing (depending on board meeting)
- Start in January/February

Requirements for all positions below:
- Any State license (active and unresticted)
- ACLS & BLS (both – and must be AHA accredited)
- US Citizenship/ Green Card/ Permanent resident
- Active and unrestricted DEA
- Cannot be excluded from Medicaid/ Medicare
