Seeking a Clinical Site Director-Family Medicine Physician-Central Washington State

CLINICAL SITE DIRECTOR
Oversees all aspects of medical care and training for CHCW Ellensburg. Performs all medical duties as required and in compliance with the standards of care established by CHCW. The Clinical Site Director is the principle provider and has responsibility for clinical quality and safety of care delivered to our patients. This position proactively identifies opportunities to improve the patient and family experience of care and to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of resource use.

*Lead the medical staff and clinics outcomes.

*Opportunity to provide mentorship and instruction to resident physicians.
*Monday to Friday schedule.
*No nights.
*Very reasonable call - by phone.

This is a tight-knit and welcoming team. It is also a teaching facility; they have residents rotating through frequently so if you have a desire to teach, that would be easily accommodated.
