Who We Are

Emergency Staffing Solutions has been providing customized management and staffing for emergency departments and hospitalists programs since 2001. ESS has been working with hospitals around the country including Texas, Alabama, Arkansas, Illinois, Kentucky, Indiana, Missouri, Tennessee, New Mexico and Oklahoma. We specialize in low and mid-volume facilities in rural and suburban settings across a dozen states.

Our Team

Headquartered in Dallas, Texas, we work closely with our client hospitals, local primary care physicians, inpatient and ED physicians to maximize appropriate admissions that can be handled within a facility. Our physicians are trained and required to work within industry-standard electronic reporting systems in compliance with existing and upcoming regulations.

We develop programs to meet the specific needs of the community and the administration. Our team will work with a hospital to improve patient satisfaction through on-going training of its physicians.
